Lavietes<\/strong> is a Partner at Lavietes &amp; Solowitz CPA\u2019s, LLP. He has over 25 years of diverse tax experience. Elliott has developed a niche in State &amp; Local taxation as well as representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and State &amp; Local taxing authorities. Elliott also has extensive experience in handling corporate, partnership, international, and high net worth individual matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to Lavietes &amp; Solowitz CPA\u2019s, LLP, Elliott spent many years in a Big 4 tax department as well as being a Tax Partner at Citrin Cooperman, LLP and a Tax Director at CBIZ. Throughout his career, Elliott has been a frequent lecturer on corporate income tax nexus &amp; sales tax nexus issues. Elliott enjoys implementing tax strategies for businesses as well as individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elliott received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College, his MBA from St. John\u2019s University, and a MS in tax from Pace University. Rebecca has received her MBA in Accounting as well as Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Baruch College.
